LCB Sends 2 Updates on November 16, 2016
This week, the LCB (Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board) sent out 2 notifications.
Both notifications were sent out at 4:39 PM Pacific Daylight time on November 16, 2016 - here they are:
NOTICE OF RULE MAKING – Pre-proposal - #16-41
The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board would like your input on the attached proposed rule to create WAC 314-55-073, Marijuana research license.
This notice can be found at lcb.wa.gov/laws/laws-and-rules under Proposed Rules.
The Liquor and Cannabis Board encourages you to give input on this proposed rule. Following the comment period the board will hold a public hearing before the rule is adopted.

Final Rules and Concise Explanatory Statement - MJ Edibles Warning Symbol
Concise explanatory statements and rule documents concerns the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board’s adoption of rules for Warning Symbol Requirement for Marijuana Edible Products (<-- click link to view the PDF).
The board adopted the new rule today, November 16, 2016, and it will become effective on February 14, 2017 (90 days).
