Here are the details:

RFP Scope and Timeline
The Washington State Liquor Control Board (WSLCB) is conducting this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to establish a Contract for the implementation and ongoing support of a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) or a Modified Off the Shelf (MOTS) web-based Seed to Sale Inventory Tracking System (System) to assist the WSLCB with the implementation of the Washington State Initiative 502 (I-502) requirements.

System components include, but are not limited to, the following:

a.     A central inventory management system

c.     An application interface for WSLCB System users

d.    A web service for Marijuana Licensee submission of inventory data

e.     An ad-hoc and standard reporting function

f.     A Unique Plant Identifier method to track individual plants

The awarded system will be utilized by the WSLCB to track marijuana through the supply chain. Washington State licensed Marijuana Producers, Processors, and Retailers (marijuana licensees) will be required to submit specific information to the WSLCB via this system. The system will provide functionality to assist with analysis of the information, auditing operations, and enforcement by the WSLCB to ensure compliance with Washington State regulations.
